These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of executive taxi, airport transfer and long distance transportation services supplied by Onebrook Group Ltd.
All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Onebrook Group Ltd.
Booking details supplied by the customer must be accurate and complete.
Payment may be required in advance of travel.
Payments are processed securely using approved third-party payment providers.
Flight information supplied by the customer will be used to monitor arrival times where applicable.
Delays, diversions or cancellations outside of our control may affect service delivery.
Reasonable waiting time may be included depending on the booking type.
Additional waiting time may be chargeable where applicable.
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers, vehicles and other road users.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a journey where passenger behaviour presents a safety risk.
Whilst every effort is made to provide the requested vehicle type, Onebrook Group Ltd reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of similar or higher standard where necessary.
We will make every reasonable effort to arrive on time.
Onebrook Group Ltd shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, road closures, weather conditions, accidents or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our liability shall be limited to the value of the booking in question except where prohibited by law.
We shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, cancellations or service interruptions outside our control.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle at the end of the journey.
Any property found may be retained for collection where practical.
Onebrook Group Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
