Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all executive taxi, airport transfer and long distance transportation services supplied by Onebrook Group Ltd.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations More Than 48 Hours Before Travel

Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Travel

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

This is due to vehicle allocation, driver scheduling and loss of booking availability.

No Shows

If a passenger fails to attend the agreed pickup location at the agreed time and reasonable contact attempts are unsuccessful, the booking will be treated as a no-show.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Customer Amendments

Requests to amend booking dates, times or journey details are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Service Cancellation By Onebrook Group Ltd

In the unlikely event that Onebrook Group Ltd is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking and a suitable alternative cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used when making the booking.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and card issuer.
